2. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to order. By clicking the "Buy Now" / "Complete Order" button, you place a binding order for the goods in the shopping cart. The purchase contract is legally concluded only when we accept your order by sending a shipping confirmation email or by delivering the goods.
3. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices listed on our website are in Euros (EUR) and include the statutory value-added tax (VAT) applicable in the country of delivery. Shipping costs are calculated and clearly displayed at the checkout before you finalize your order.
4. Terms of Payment
Payment is processed via Stripe. We accept credit/debit cards (Visa and Mastercard, ), Apple Pay, and Google Pay. For deliveries within Bulgaria, Cash on Delivery (COD) via our partner couriers (ECONT) is also available.
5. Delivery and Shipping Time
Delivery to Germany and other EU countries takes approximately 5 to 10 business days (as specified in our Shipping Policy). Delivery within Bulgaria takes 1 to 3 business days. If a product is temporarily unavailable, the customer will be notified immediately.
6. Retention of Title
The delivered goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
7. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
The laws of the Republic of Bulgaria and the European Union apply. The European Commission provides a platform for Online Dispute Resolution (ODR), accessible at https://europa.eu. We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
